Books and availability

We supply printed A6 golf books. The standard Yardage Book is 18 Holes / All Tees / Metres. The Green Book is 18 Greens / Metres. Yardage + Green pairs both products for the same course. The course directory helps you request a course; it does not represent stock, a ready-made edition, club endorsement or a collection partnership. For multi-course clubs we must confirm the exact course or route.

Published sample pages retain their actual course names. Content, source coverage and terrain detail vary by course and edition. We confirm the relevant edition and any material limitations before payment.

Requests, confirmation and acceptance

Submitting an availability request does not take payment, reserve stock or create a confirmed paid order. We first confirm the requested course edition, quantities and fulfilment arrangement. You may then review the total and choose whether to pay through Stripe. We accept the purchase once the order details are confirmed and payment is successfully verified. If we cannot fulfil a paid order as agreed, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where appropriate.

Please check your course, book type, quantity, contact details and confirmed fulfilment details before paying. Save your private order-status link. A request reference or a checkout redirect is not proof of successful payment.

Prices and GST

All displayed prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Yardage Book: NZ$39. Green Book: NZ$39. Yardage + Green: NZ$59 for one course. Matching separate Yardage and Green quantities for the same course receive the pair price. Custom and group orders are quoted separately. The applicable price and delivery charge are shown before payment; changes to public prices do not change an already accepted order.

Payment and receipts

Stripe processes online payments securely. We do not collect card numbers on this website. The payment screen identifies the merchant; funds are collected through Baixing Limited. Card statement wording depends on the merchant configuration and may identify Baixing Limited. Payment receipts are provided through Stripe when enabled for the transaction. The private order page provides verified payment status and an order-specific paid invoice. No additional fee is charged by XYARD for the stated card checkout total.

If a checkout fails or is cancelled, check the private order status before retrying. Contact us if you believe a payment has been taken but the order is not shown as paid. We verify payment with Stripe rather than relying on a browser return page.

Delivery and requested collection

New Zealand delivery costs NZ$4 below a NZ$100 book subtotal and is free from NZ$100 in books in the same order. We usually prepare and dispatch confirmed orders within five working days after payment; transit time is additional. For personalised work, timing starts after payment and required artwork approval unless otherwise agreed. We confirm any different timeframe before purchase.

Pro shop collection is a request, subject to the selected club agreeing. We confirm the location and arrangements before asking you to pay. If collection cannot be arranged, we offer delivery or another agreed option. We do not silently add a delivery charge or substitute a collection point. See Delivery & Returns for the full process.

Custom-made and co-branded work

Quotes specify the course, content, artwork, quantities, price, delivery arrangement and target timing. You must have permission to use logos, photographs or other material you supply. We provide a proof for approval before production. Check names, branding, quantities and course details carefully. Artwork approval does not remove your rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Changes, cancellations and remedies

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Custom work can be difficult to alter once production has begun; we will explain available options. We do not automatically accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable consumer law.

Using the books responsibly

Books support preparation, practice and judgement. They do not guarantee lower scores or replace observations of current course conditions. Modelled terrain is not a putting-grade survey. Green-map height colours and downhill arrows do not prescribe putting lines. Check the actual event rules and committee restrictions before using green-reading material in competition. Source licences and attribution must be respected; buying a book does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

For order, privacy or returns concerns, email legendxu@gmail.com with your order reference. We will work with you to resolve the issue. New Zealand law applies to these terms without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. The terms shown when you agree to your order govern that order; later website revisions do not retrospectively remove those rights.
